As an Official Heineken USA, Brand Model, Talent Scout, and Campaign Manager for Heineken USA, Ms. Claudeen Benoit led one of the most dynamic and joy-filled holiday campaigns of the season—an extraordinary celebration of community, global sports, and festive spirit. Merging the excitement of the holidays with the worldwide buzz of the FIFA World Cup, Ms. Claudeen orchestrated an unforgettable campaign that brought both consumers, celebrities, and communities together to cheer, celebrate, and connect through shared joy, and the uplifting spirit of the holiday season.

 

With her natural ability to inspire and elevate talent, Ms. Claudeen cast and managed a standout group of official Heineken USA brand models, actors, and brand ambassadors, alongside appearances from celebrities and Red Bull soccer players, all of whom embodied the vibrancy and sophistication of the Heineken brand.

 

Over the course of 180+ high-energy events across New York City and New Jersey, consumers gathered to enjoy live World Cup games, toast with Heineken Original and Heineken 0.0, and celebrate the exciting launch of Dos Equis Margaritas—all while embracing the warmth and joy of the holiday season.

Guests and consumers were overjoyed by the energy, charisma, and enthusiasm of the selected Heineken USA brand models and ambassadors, whose energy lit up every scheduled venue.


The crowds cheered, laughed, and danced, creating an atmosphere of happiness and holiday spirit. Many attendees expressed how Ms. Claudeen's team of Models, and Ambassadors engaging presence made them feel genuinely connected to the brand—transforming each event into a true celebration of togetherness.

Spanning over 180 high-energy events, the campaign engaged more than 6,385 consumers, with 4,236 attendees receiving complimentary brand samples and 2,490 successful consumer sales conversions—demonstrating both remarkable reach and tangible ROI. Beyond the impressive numbers, the initiative strengthened Heineken’s legacy while introducing innovative new product lines, including Heineken 0.0 and Dos Equis Margarita, generating excitement and expanding brand awareness.
